1448921 2018-04-27 05:45:00 So, I had some endless issues with the HP printer I got. Dead printheads, replacements lasted basically until just after an ink change. Several of them later I gave up.
The call centre are hopeless, and just stick to the script, so I binned it, bought a Canon and wrote a whinge to the NZ headquarters.
Just got this:

Dear <piroska>

I’m in receipt of your letter expressing your frustration with the service you have received from HP and your ongoing printer problem. I’m very disappointed that we have failed to solve your issue in a timely simple manner. I note that you have bought a Cannon replacement and hope that this is working well for you.

As a gesture of goodwill I would like to offer you one of the following options:

A replacement printer a newer better model an HP Office Jet Pro 8710, ( www8.hp.com) this is both a higher spec and newer generation printer than the one you have experienced.

Or alternatively as you have already replaced your printer with a Cannon.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and frustration that this issue has caused. If you would kindly advise by return your preference and shipping address I will arrange delivery.

1448923 2018-04-28 01:55:00 well it's not for me, not having a smartphone...but the point was the service.....sometimes we do get a good response. Makes a change from whinges about crappy experiences which is why I posted it. piroska (17583)
