| 1448655 | 2018-04-20 22:27:00 | I use Skinny for my mobile phone. I get a $16 combination talk/data/text pack each month. Up to last night I had $2 credit remaining in my Skinny account. I like to keep a couple bcks in the account cos it costs each time if I have to retrieve a voice message. So last night I was playing with the iPhone and wanted to import my contact list from my old phone (it has a new Skinny sim card in it for just in case). It worked surprisingly well. Then shortly thereafter I get a text from Skinny prompting me to top up my account cos I only have 50c remaining credit. Huh!? I can only assume that the process cost me $1.50 by Skinny. I can't understand why. Of course I'm gonna call Skinny to find out what happened, but thought I'd ask here first. Cheers, G |
