| 1448300 | 2018-04-09 21:05:00 | Haven't had rain in Ranui for ages, was looking forward to this storm. 1:15am a bit of rain started. 2:26am there was thunder and lightning. Went back to sleep, this morning, rushed out to check tanks - maybe a bucketful!!! Arrrggghhhh. Sun coming out now, clouds going east rapidly. It always ends up like that here, even if other parts of Auckland get heaps. Grrr.... so over watering the gardens. |

Nothing exciting like thunderstorms, snow, hail. Though the thunderclap at 11:56pm last night was a ripper. Sounded like the sky was being torn apart. But that'll be us for the year. |
