Wouldn't know, I'm not capped :p I capped myself Altho, being on Xnet sometimes, you may as well be on dialup, when you download :p I know I wont get ADSL2+ speed, because I'm not on a ADSL2 exchange / plan I was testing a few places overseas last night with speedtest. LA was the fastest, it actually got to 4 figures :lol: |
