Much like Arthur Allen Thomas where I think some .22 cartridges appeared later after search made on the day. Waiting for evidence to be produced regarding a computer clock. 6:54 now on my computer which has been synchronised with an atomic clock |

I recall there was something about the clock on the computer in the Bain house after the murders - and how it tied in with when the message was supposed to have been written. However, I am at a loss to see how this is connected to Sweep's clock - but then I suspect that Sweep is at a loss too... |

Poor guy, his clock, or rather his atom, has gone crazy, because my clock says 11:18. His is 5 odd hours off. (lost the sarcastic smiley so this will have to do) EDIT: And would ya look at that, the forum clocks are out again. |

The Crown has to prove the case in this new trial. In the event that the Jury is presented with conflicting evidence then the Jury has to figure out who is lying or simply mistaken. There is only one person who knows what happend on that day and that person is the actual killer. That person may or may not be David Bain. That is why there is a new trial. |

However, I am at a loss to see how this is connected to Sweep's clock - but then I suspect that Sweep is at a loss too... Could we just wait for the crown to prove the case or not? They are going to call a number of people to testify under oath and so far the photographer can not testify as to why there are differences in the pictures taken. It is only connected to my clock on my computer in so far as any computer clock can be wrong as evidenced by the FACT that the PressF1 server clock is somewhat different to the actual time from time to time. Deane F you can suspect what you want. Proving what you suspect is a different matter. |
