Actually, you'd be surprised, due to the way the TCP / IP Protocol works and stuff, in a nutshell yeah it can have an effect... If if were UDP traffic then sure, coz AFAIK UDP is just "sent" and forgotten, whereas TCP requires responses to confirm the receipt of packets or they are resent (I think thats how it works). |
