755481 2009-03-11 07:03:00 I'm looking for a way to swap my x and y axis of my mouse .

I have a Microsoft Optical mouse with the latest Intellipoint drivers, but there is no option for this . The control panel doesn't have this option either .

There has got to be another plug in for this somewhere .

please help

thanks

755482 2009-03-11 07:24:00 Why would you want to?

I see you've posted this question on MANY forums....

Guess it gives him more chance of getting realistic answers rather than (on another forum) :

thanks for all of your replys .

I was looking at this and it appears to invert the axis, but does not swap x and y .

It is another place where i will post the question, so thanks for the link .

755486 2009-03-11 08:55:00 A somewhat more drastic option is (if you are using a ball mouse) to take the mouse apart and swap the sensors (or the wires going to the sensors) around... somebody (208)
755487 2009-03-11 09:03:00 One very popular option is to bend your elbow. ;) R2x1 (4628)
755488 2009-03-11 09:03:00 I'm curious as to where this option would be useful. Is it just an interesting project, or do you have an actual use for it? Greven (91)

But it's an optical mouse..

Why would you want to swap the axis around anyway?
