| 854808 | 2010-02-03 03:28:00 | Hi All . I scanned some old documents into the computer into a folder of their own . They are JPG . I used MS Picture Manager to crop, etc, them then made a "b" copy . I then put the "b" copies into another folder . I brought up the drop down box with Send To Email Recipient, attached the whole "b" folder, & sent them to the UK . He cannot open them . Any suggestions? Thanks . PJ . Don't send the whole folder unless you zip it up first and send the zipped copy . If you can't or don't want to zip it, open the folder and select all the files you want to send . |
