| 756162 | 2009-03-14 02:24:00 | I finalised my brother's and my reservations for our forthcoming trip to Melbourne. Managed to get the costs down really low... flights for just NZ$103 each, each way on Pacific Blue, and a week at a 3 1/2 star rated serviced apartment with 2 double rooms, kitchen etc etc for just Aus$131 per night. I'm quite chuffed. | Greg (193) | ||
| 756163 | 2009-03-14 05:12:00 | Those airfares are great price . I tried to get a ticket to chcha for $1 I think, Jetstar, I sourced my tickets but just couldn't get it to the payment screen . It frozed . Some of my other deals are a chacha for $25 I think AirNZ, I like Lake Tekapo in Aug I think for a 2 day trip, so it doesn't cut in my annual leave . They were off my airpoints too . I also, got a free return Japan off my airpoints and likewise return to Sydney which I stayed at the YHA for 2 nights, Monday request day off . The next one I am looking for is a sub $1,000 to Asia return, but I will accept $1,200 . I will be intererested in KL or Shanghai . Sydney to me I like the public transportation sys but it wasn't a discovery / culture shock place . Neither was N America or Europe, I found Europe good for a discovery holiday esp if one did the EURO RAIL which I didn't . I'll do that in 3 weeks since I seen London and Paris and I like to pace myself . The reason I chose Asia is cos of the low NZD and that the city of lights . Probably a week in duration, to save my annual leave, may see 2 or 3 cities within that . |
