758150 2009-03-20 13:05:00 Both of you have been around for all of the forum's current incarnation - and I can only guess how long before that..?

Hope you both have a great day, guys.

(Johcar, I was wondering about our nocturnal Laura, but didn't like to mention it:D. There are some things a gal doesn't like to share)

I am fairly sure that it is not the late Laura, but I often wonder what she does with all the worms. ;)

Back when I was a scruffy fourth-former, the aim of my movie-going peers was to attain the reputation of a "woman of mystery."
(A major joke to anyone who knew us)

If I have finally achieved one iota of that - all these years later - I sure ain't gonna risk losing it by explaining anything now...

If I was to be cheeky (which of course I'm not), I might suggest that you have got to the point that you need far less beauty sleep than the rest of us.

If I was to be REALLY cheeky (which of course I wouldn't be), I might go as far to suggest that there could be one of two reasons for this:

(1) you are already far too beautiful for any more sleep to make an appreciable difference, and any more beauty would just make everyone far too envious and it's impossible to improve on perfection anyway

(2) you have come to a realisation that it's far too late for beauty sleep.

If these possibilities were to be accepted, I would favour reason #1 ('cos I'm a suck-up :D and I recognise it could be hazardous to my health to suggest otherwise)....

But it's all hypothetical anyway: "Laura, International (?) Woman of Mystery" (in fact, I think you should change "Peripatetic member" to "Woman of Mystery")

758159 2009-03-21 03:49:00 Yes, johcar, one of your suggestions is correct.

Edit: I like peripatetic, though. Makes me wonder how many people know what it means. So that's a teeny bit mysterious..
