856599 2010-02-09 08:30:00 I am getting an error message relating to a flash10d.ocx, which is causing interent explorer to close. I have Interent explorer version 7 and running windows vista. Can you please advice for a solution to this problem. Louis (15620)
856600 2010-02-09 08:35:00 Uninstall flash for IE and firefox (if you use it). Then go here (get.adobe.com) install it. Then see if it crashes. Or click here (fpdownload.adobe.com) <- direct download. Uninstall flash first tho Speedy Gonzales (78)
856601 2010-02-10 00:10:00 I've had this problem for months in Vista and
uninstalled / reinstalled numerous times. To completely
uninstall flash 10 you need the Adobe Flash Uninstaller
tool which you can get here:

kb2.adobe.com

Due mainly to this problem I now use Firefox and since
installing Flash Player for Firefox have no such problem.
I still keep IE in reserve but kicked it into the long grass.
I find Firefox much more reliable.

856602 2010-02-10 00:17:00 You will find the file flash10d.ocx here:
C/Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash.

You need to get rid of this before a fresh
flash install.
