| 759145 | 2009-03-25 00:46:00 | Polytechs/university's, apparently in times of depression there are alot more students (student loan/living costs maybe?) I think that's from people trying to avoid the military draft. Students get deferred until they graduate, so they take a lot of post-grad classes, hoping that things get better and their number doesn't come up. |
