| 759167 | 2009-03-24 20:10:00 | Hi guys, looking for software suggestions for manipulating scanned images into common program formats like Word, PDF etc. We currently have an old version of scansoft paperport (9 ), but I dont think we need all the functions of that program to justify upgrading.... Ideas? |

| 759171 | 2009-03-24 20:48:00 | Yeah, we have around 50 users!.....I have seen omipage, however all we really need is a program like paper port which allows you to send the scanned image to another format...we have big document centre printer\copiers, which allow network scanning to mailboxes, have the utility to access the mailboxes from the desktops, but the end product where you manipulate the doc, ie: rotate, un\stack etc, then say e-mail, or create pdf. We hardly ever use OCR. | SolMiester (139) | ||

| 759175 | 2009-03-24 21:23:00 | Is Office 2003 / 07 installed on any of these?? It looks like MS Office Document Imaging is one of the options (it may not install, unless you do a custom install). This is an OCR program |
