| 758566 | 2009-03-22 09:14:00 | My parents want to buy a wireless router & I see that Linksys are retiring the WAG54G & the new version uses an internal antenna. I want to know how much that affects the range of the wireless compared to the old one that came with a large external aerial. I might consider getting them a netcom router, but I have always found linksys to be good in the past. |

| 758567 | 2009-03-22 09:34:00 | I use a wag160n, stand it upright in a plate holder from the $2 shop. The vent holes are on the sides, dumb idea. Standing it upright makes it run much cooler. Range no probs with N. Sorry if it's useless info for you, I don't use G |
