| 856059 | 2010-02-07 07:05:00 | Is there anyone else with Xtra not able to access the IncrediMail Download & Upgrade site....... www.incredimail.com It is taking forever to load & when it finally does it has no images, just red X's, and I'm unable to download anything. My IncrediMail email program works fine, but needs upgrading. A friend with another ISP has no problem. Thanks Regards k9dlyt |

I have since been in touch with Xtra and they inform me there is an outage with some international websites and their senior technicians are investagating it . Just a footnote . . . . . . . I have had the paid version of IncrediMail for over 6years, and very happy with it They had a good deal on a lifetime licence at the time I purchased it . No rubbish with the paid version, free version leaves a bit to be desired though! Thanks again k9dlyt |

It still insists on phoning home, hassling you to buy this and that and polluting peoples inboxes. I warned a customer recently, she did it anyway, and now complains all the time to me about various things it does and doesn't do. Well..like I said........ |
