And if the rest of the community got behind it we could sort out a lot of the problems, The scum in our society get away with their behaviour because we accept it, and people like yourself argue for that acceptance. I think he would be smacking the right kids, not some random 10 year old walking past. The damage that people like you do is every bit as bad as the damage caused by the perpetrators of the crime.
