759234 2009-03-25 10:58:00 I thought that overall she had done reasonably well, but if John Keys endorses her - - :( R2x1 (4628)
759235 2009-03-26 00:56:00 I agree with Met,she is a wonderful, wonderful chap. Cicero (40)
759236 2009-03-26 02:12:00 I can just picture her standing up speaking at UN meetings in her sh*t coloured Jacket and speaking up in her best blokey voice. The other UN Members will sure get a laugh out of it if nothing else. Bantu (52)

759239 2009-03-26 19:26:00 Whether you agree with her politics or not, it isn't necessary to make stupid comments about her appearance.
So she's not the most pretty woman around - and? Plenty of fugly men about too.

Or does her success bother you all?

“The prick is all class, it is a little window into the women hating culture of small minded right wing misogynists like of Paul Henry, and says a lot about why that other powerful woman, Helen Clark, was so loathed by dickheads who also find this sort of thing hilariously funny."

The nominees for this position would have had their background and political behaviour/decisions thoroughly investigated. If the UN have decided she has the skills and experience for this position, then good on her and NZ for having her selected.

759241 2009-03-26 21:03:00 Clark was a university lecturer then into parliament, now off to UN,who as far as I am aware achieve nothing,so that just about sums her up for me and most on here.
At the moment children in Rwanda are being slaughtered, lets see how she helps them.

759242 2009-03-26 22:08:00 I think he did a wonderful job running the country into a nanny state to the power of a million. he should fit in with the UN well, they are just as useless. rob_on_guitar (4196)

There was thundering silence a few days ago when a female made a derogatory comment on appearance of British hero T.E. Lawrence.
