That's what I do to my brother. YOU are parenting your brother?.... I'd say you are not the one to be doing the smacking as your brother DOESNT see you as a parent, but as a sibling beating him up! |

You may need to protect, keep an eye on, but never should you be responsible for discipline IMHO. Your brother only knows you as a sibling, NOT a parent. |

Besides, it's not like one of our parents will be on his tail at all times. You don't have to be a parent to correct a family member. |
