| 858355 | 2010-02-14 08:35:00 | Hi, I backed up all my OE .dbx files from my XP PC and have them on an external Hard Drive. On my new PC (W7-64 bit) running Office 2007 I only have Outlook. I can't import them directly into Outlook. Is there a simple way to open/view/convert the files to something I can use? Thanks. |

| 858356 | 2010-02-14 08:43:00 | The way to have done it would have been to install Outlook on the old machine and import direct from OE. into Outlook then save the pst file. | Sweep (90) | ||

| 858363 | 2010-02-14 09:30:00 | Thanks everyone. Looks like it would be easiest to install Outlook on the old PC, import the emails from OE and then burn a CD or back up the pst files to an external HD and then I could open or save them to Outlook on the new PC? | Grimy (3041) | ||
| 858364 | 2010-02-14 09:40:00 | You would use Outlook to import the PST file on the new PC | Sweep (90) | ||
