| 857670 | 2010-02-12 16:35:00 | 2 days ago, I've downloaded some Nuance programs. Dragon Naturally speaking 10 and Omnipage proffesional 17. Today I saw that dragon also exist in my mother languige (Dutch). So I donwloaded that version. I first tried to uninstall DNS 10. It always gave some acces blocked error so I downloaded Revo uninstaller and deleted it together with 2500 files it had elsewere on my computer. After that I runned DNS 9 and it said that the acces to SSBkgdUpdate was blocked. I tried a lot to delete it, but it just doesn't work. I read somewhere that you can uninstall it under add/remove programs. But I can't find it there (maybe it has a different name). Can someone help? If you need something for that (eroor message/data log/..), please ask. |
