| 763528 | 2009-04-09 05:51:00 | looks like plenty of people are going away for easter. unfortunatly they all seamed to have left their brains in auckland. went past one accident, looked like car was towing a trailer that was to big for it and got hit by the wind on the ridge. even today theres been lots people are passing around couners, lots of tailgating even in the wet, people forgetting they are towing passing vechiles or changing lanes without leaving enough room. just a few things i've seen today in the 30min of driving. all the road bullies are out with all the usual bad driving x1000. i hope *555 have extra staff on and if all possible please take photo's ;) so be carefull and stay safe. hate to see any PF1'ers end up in a body bag. |

| 763529 | 2009-04-09 06:07:00 | Its a lot better now than old days. Clowns who try something on now on a trip are gunna get busted thanks to *555 call. I used it once near Mercer when a numbnuts did a crazy overtaking maneuverer. About 5 minutes later there was the clown stopped by the cops. | prefect (6291) | ||
| 763530 | 2009-04-09 07:31:00 | Of course, if you do see the need to ring *555, you WILL get the passenger to make the call, won't you? | johcar (6283) | ||

| 763532 | 2009-04-09 20:56:00 | Yeah, but you don't have other planes going by in the opposite direction only 2 feet away, or have to keep to a bit of airspace only 25 feet wide, or have another plane only 12 feet in front of you or behind. :) | Richard (739) | ||

Interesting thats mentioned, saw a British motorway program last night, 50 pound instant fine if they catch you driving and on a cell phone - NO excuses. Drive safe peoples and have a good easter. |

I remember that. Actually they do it here too. Morons. I came round a (100km zone) corner yesterday - and here's a sheep trying to get back over the road to it's mates. Fortunately I drive that rd carefully, but some halfwit will break himself on one flying round the corner one day. |

| 763536 | 2009-04-10 07:23:00 | Good to see some people stopping to answer a call when driving . There was a woman in Hastings at a roundabout intersection which I was approaching from her left . She was stationary, talking on her phone . Myself and 3 other vehicles passed through the intersection before she decided to move on . Very safe I suppose, but the drivers of the at least 9 cars queued up behind her were getting a bit pissed off!! Ken |

| 763537 | 2009-04-10 08:10:00 | Car kit talking on phone same as talking to passenger in car. Now tell me you dont talk to a passenger when you are driving a car car. Flying doing a radio call like 172 DELTA OSCAR ALPHA airborne Takaka 06 turning right bound for Collingwood while you are raising the flaps and fighting turbulence makes talking on a cell phone, writing on notepad, going around a roundabout, eating a pie, having a ciggie, a swig out of a can of redbull, giving the finger to an errant motorist, tooting and waving when you see a mate, using the indicator (my wifes car indicators in pristine condition from lack of use) real easy. |
