859004 2010-02-16 03:10:00 Hi,
I have no sound controller, or multimedia audio controller in my devices.
I go to Admin tools-Cmptr Mngmnt-Device Mgr-and the MM Audio Controller has an exclamation mark, i right click and choose update driver, after its looked the default sound.drv and other files, the pc reboots, but still no sound after that...
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

859005 2010-02-16 03:12:00 If you know what the brand/model of the motherboard is, go there download the sound drivers, then install them. Have you just reinstalled windows? Speedy Gonzales (78)

859008 2010-02-16 03:44:00 Dont forget to install the chipset drivers as well.

This should be the first thing you should install, after installing windows

859009 2010-02-17 01:26:00 the other thing you could try is to download and run astra32. This is a great little tool for getting info on just about anything under your PC's hood.

click on "diagnostics" then click on "drivers troubleshooter" this will give you info on any drivers that are having issues

You may mean "Aida32. If so, it's a discontinued programme. About '04. I think.
