Flying doing a radio call like 172 DELTA OSCAR ALPHA airborne Takaka 06 turning right bound for Collingwood while you are raising the flaps and fighting turbulence makes talking on a cell phone, writing on notepad, going around a roundabout, eating a pie, having a ciggie, a swig out of a can of redbull, giving the finger to an errant motorist, tooting and waving when you see a mate, using the indicator (my wifes car indicators in pristine condition from lack of use) real easy. DELTA OSCAR ALPHA = DOA= Dead on Arrival!!! :rolleyes: |
