2009-04-17 01:14:00 | Does anyone else think that the new iPod shuffle (www.apple.com) is as useless as I do?? It talks to you. That's no replacement for a screen. The new "innovative" voiceover feature simply reads out the song name etc - ok sounds good so far - but using the built-in voices from the computer?? I don't want Microsoft Sam reading my song titles out :p If Apple sells *any* of these it proves that macophiles will buy anything made by apple, no matter how useless it is.... /rant

I don't want some weird computurised voice annoying me when I'm listening to music! The size is getting ridiculous too. Portability is good, but we don't need it to be so tiny we don't know where to put it! %^&**( apple!! </rant> Blam |

2009-04-17 03:57:00 | I can't see why you would buy an mp3 without a screen. Even worse it's so small. Put it down somewhere and the next time you want to use it you can't find it  (or is that just me )

2009-04-17 04:10:00 | I thought the worst thing about it is - if I read the reviews right - you're stuck with the headphones that come with it as they have the little control unit on them. The worst thing about iPods has been their headphones - and it was the first thing I replaced when I got one. On the new Shuffle you couldn't do that.

2009-04-17 04:47:00 | Apple's players have always been POO to me. lol. The sound quality just doesn't add up to the other brands like cowon, creative. Maybe its me but Sony's mp3 player sound quality is quite average . I believe Cowon and creative mp3 players in terms of sound quality are the best. If you enjoy music and have the money the first thing you would want to buy is a new pair of earphones.I had sony earphones which were pretty bad.I went and got super fi ears 5eb which is what im using now.Pretty excellent. Triple fi 10 pro was quite good too but had little bass but treble was pretty clear. If i have the money I will buy Audio Technica ATH-CK100 earphone. Hmm they cost like $1000
