| 765592 | 2009-04-16 06:19:00 | I don't drink tea or coffee, but I have accidentally got myself hooked on Milo, because I was never warned of its addictive nature. I can't do without my daily fix of about 7 Milos, each cup heaped with Milo powder and made with whole milk powder. And these people - Nestles - have conned the National Heart Foundation, into giving them their tick of approval. Milo made the way people like it must be one of the most unhealthy foods around, and I for one can't give it up! :annoyed: |

| 765594 | 2009-04-16 06:41:00 | You are getting plenty of nutrients from milo, plus the energy your brain needs to function - much better than being addicted to tobacco, alcohol, or drugs. As long as you're getting plenty of exercise, your 7 cups should be fine. |
