860574 2010-02-22 06:18:00 A friend who uses Hotmail has received an email from a family member that was also "CCed" to other family members. She would like to know how to get all the other family members' email addresses into her Hotmail address book from this email received.

I don't use Hotmail so wouldn't have a clue so can anyone provide instructions for this please, if it can be done?

860576 2010-02-22 06:57:00 Oh yes, she will have to ask each one for their email address. I mean to say, some people might not want to give away their address. They seem to be quite willing to share it with the world, and send those annoying "Fwds" hence the Cc option, but are not willing to give it openly to members of one's family. However if it was Ccd it would show up anyway. If it was Bccd, then that would hide the others' addresses in the original email wouldn't it?

Bugger . :(

Oh yes, she will have to ask each one for their email address .

She can see everyone's email address as they weren't BCCed but was hoping there would be a quicker way of putting them all in her Hotmail address book without having to type them all out manually (or copy and paste) .

Ah well, thanks anyway .
