| 860460 | 2010-02-22 04:04:00 | I am trying to use my MS Office Outlook for the first time on my laptop, and every time that I open Outlook, I get the End-User License Agreement (EULA)popup. Even though I check that I accept the agreement, it still comes up every time I open the application, as well as when I click 'new' to create a new message, even though I have already checked it upon opening the main Outlook application.
