765466 2009-04-16 22:51:00 He should get his money back

Interesting...

So is there a moral principle here or something?

765467 2009-04-16 23:18:00 Yes he got off rather lightly. According to Dunne-Powell she well have disfigurement and health issues for the rest of her life. The reason she wanted to get this over and done with was because of the trial by media, she was sick of it.

Huh - ok no jail term but he lost a $500K job and has paid out more than most would in a similar situation along with the media attention. Even if she didn't leak the story herself she had the choice of pressing charges or not doing it, the media activity is due to her actions. She appears a bit psycho. Doesn't justify violence but pretty stressful when ex invades your home and harrasses you.

765470 2009-04-17 00:38:00 The different perspectives here... The way I saw\heard it was the Ex was back at his house again to collect belongings?, was abusing him either verbally or emotionally or both. After he has beg her to stop and leave with his fingers over his ears, she continued, so he lashed out and kicked (I would of slapped her). I think the ***** asked for it it myself, though certainly I don't condone kicking in the back. It sounded to me like she damn near blackmailed him for the money, however once the story was leaked that was it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was her who leaked it, nothing like a women scorned.. I feel sorry for Tony, he has got a tougher sentence than any domestic violent sentence I have heard. Job, Career & reputation not mention Community service, lose of income and $170 poorer... You would have slapped her? And you think the ***** asked for it? A slap is ok? But a spinal injury is going a bit far...?

OMFG SolMiester - you finally reveal your true character here with no shades of grey at all.

765472 2009-04-17 00:56:00 What the matter Deane, you never had to slap a hysterical woman before....even doctors do it...
Nothing wrong with an open hand Deane, oops, I forgot, your 1 of those who thinks child discipline with a hand is abuse....LMAO..
