| 764568 | 2009-04-14 00:06:00 | The security concerns are valid but most other points like lagging Linux development or NAT issues or the fact that they call it a "call" (which MSN and Yahoo does as well) are minor nitpicks and not really an issue for anyone who isnt a Linux-using grammar neurotic person who is in charge of a comms network (not saying you are one Chill! :p) Its never embedded itself in any of my browsers here, so maybe you're ticking an option for that? Doesnt do that automatically as far as I know. |

Then when you're on a page that has phone numbers displayed, Skype formats them and enables a user to click on that number to initiate a phone call via Skype. I don't recall seeing the ability to NOT install the add-on when installing Skype... But I find it quite handy. You can also turn the option off in Tools>Options>Advanced and untick the "Use Skype to callto: links on the web"... |

Of course Wanganui is a total shithole, So any place that isn't Wanganui puts it to shame.If you get the chance to travel, I would recommend a trip to Fiordland and check out the Sounds (Doubtful, Milford etc). Take your time though, there are some real nice sights on the way (Blue Lakes?, Disappearing Mountain). If you get to the Sounds, make sure you have repellent, the sandflies are of a size where they must be able to bite through leather :eek: If you're into photography, take a camera |
