It leaves this terrible sludge of insoluble grit at the bottom of the cup.

Feels more like it should be used for shining metal!

Very true, but it tastes so good

765603 2009-04-16 13:00:00 Yeah I used to love Milo as well, but then I stated to eat it as well and that's when I knew I was addicted to it and I have to stay away from it now because it is so nice mmmm.

So I switched to coffee for awhile and that was good as well oh the selection is so good I enjoyed that as well but I was spending alot of money on the fancy nice ones. And there are good benefits from coffee and bad as well.-(Good:energy.Bad:addictive,keep you awake when you want to sleep, can get headaches if you dont get your fix-withdrawal problems)of course there are more good and bad things about it but cant remember them.

But I have since gone all healthy and now I drink green tea as it's real healthy - assist digestion, help eliminate toxins, refresh and rejuvenate, and its a antioxidant that cleanses your body of unwanted toxins,I also like to drink V8 fusion and V8 vegetable juice as well and pinapple juice for its health benefits as well.

Nice in the mornings.

765605 2009-04-16 19:59:00 Here's my usage
Coffee - heaps
Tea - occassionally
Milo - occassionaly - main problem is that it goes hard before I use it all
Green Tea rarely (when I force myself)

But I would rate them in this order for health
Green Tea
Milo
Tea
Coffee

RobonGuitar's recipe sounds nice

765606 2009-04-16 21:17:00 coffee is more my cup of tea :illogical

I Like Milo, but not addicted to it - it's nice for a change sometimes.

Well, I came in to this whole thing a bit late but coffee is definitely my cup of tea too, pardon the pun.

Milo is good when my hands start shaking. :)

765607 2009-04-17 02:41:00 Milo made the way people like it must be one of the most unhealthy foods around
You had better watch your sugar intake - Milo is about 45-50% sugar. How many heaped teaspoons/tablespoons do you have in each drink? The addiction is probably a sugar addiction which fuels energy highs and lows - try eating some fruit in place of a Milo and see if it makes any difference......

765610 2009-04-18 07:06:00 I don't drink tea or coffee, but I have accidentally got myself hooked on Milo, because I was never warned of its addictive nature.

If you think being addicted to Milo is bad enough, DO NOT let a Chocolate Krispie Biscuit EVER pass your lips.

Trust me, they are the most evil food ever invented. :stare:
