I like coffee, I am getting on in years, may as well have what I like before I die. I also eat cream, butter, bread and so on ad infinitum. I was told that red wine and chocolate is good for you, so I eat lots of chocolate - twice as much as normal to make up for the fact I don't drink alcohol. Full of anti-oxidants.
