| 861373 | 2010-02-26 07:26:00 | It seems to freeze with any DVD or CD, I'm using Avast5 and its just the AV. Unfortunately it isn't under warranty as I lost the receipt, but I'm pretty sure its fine, it works great in linux, I was able to rip a DVD with no problem. | Netsukeninja (13296) | ||
| 861374 | 2010-02-26 09:55:00 | Go into Event Viewer (Start, type 'Event Viewer', press Enter). Go to Windows Logs -> System. Look for any warnings (yellow) or errors (red) around the time of the most recent time this occurred. If there are any, let us know what they are. Try updating/reinstalling the drivers for your SATA or IDE controller (whichever the drive is attached to). |

| 861375 | 2010-02-26 11:22:00 | There don't seem to be any errors or warnings the only ones I can see are "The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630801." and others similar, these are not close to the time in which the computer would freeze or when a DVD was inserted. | Netsukeninja (13296) | ||
