767737 2009-04-23 07:06:00 I am no IT expert (or half of one for that matter) but yes i believe you are right TelstraClear is our authoritive nameserver for our domain.

Just change host, if they can't solve the problem. You can get it all switched within a day.

From our perspective, this is a case of poor business customer service from Telstraclear and we can find out if other customers were affected.
