| 767726 | 2009-04-23 04:37:00 | Does anyone know what is going on with telatraClears DNS service. We, the company I work for, have been without a web presence and without email for a week now! They say they are working on the issue but it there excuses are wearing thin with us now. :annoyed: |

| 767728 | 2009-04-23 04:53:00 | Lost Kiwi: If DNS is your only issue, you're welcome to PM me a zone dump and use our DNS servers until the problem is sorted out. NS changes typically take about a day to propogate, although it can be a bit more or less - you'll need to contact your registrar to request this. | Erayd (23) | ||

Personally I wouldn't recommend hosting your website and email with an ISP, especially Telstra / paradise. I had a client whose website was up and down for several weeks a few years ago with them, and their support was very poor. Go to a dedicated web hosting provider. |

I am no IT expert (or half of one for that matter) but yes i believe you are right TelstraClear is our authoritive nameserver for our domain. |
