| 861203 | 2010-02-24 06:43:00 | I have noticed freenet dialup is now $8.00 per month ( as per website) but I am still being charged $9.95 per month. Have sent web form to support for explanation but am getting no reply. Only other way I can see to contact them is to phone 0900 number, but I don't see why I should pay. Is anyone else in this position as I feel Freenet is not customer focussed.:yuck: | dialup (15640) | ||

| 861205 | 2010-02-24 20:47:00 | I also still have my Freenet dial-up account. Isn't the $8 a month only if you have other business, tolls, whatever with them as well? | rumpty (2863) | ||
| 861206 | 2010-02-24 21:39:00 | They say: If you have freenet Home Calling, unlimited dial-up is absolutely free. Without freenet home calling, unlimited dial-up costs $8 per month. |
