769393 2009-04-29 03:45:00 Has anyone heard anything about free txting online?

Some places like txt4u seem to do it but they cut the message down to 120 characters. Its free and everything so I guess you can't complain...

Are there any other decent ones out there that don't cut down the message size?

769394 2009-04-29 05:14:00 On their signup (www.txt4u.co.nz) page:

"Sorry, as TXT4U's free services will be discontinued as the 28th of Feb unless we have a new sponsor onboard, we are no longer accepting any new members."

I'd also be keen to hear about any similar (free) service that is actually running in NZ....

[Mod's comment: I've had to remove all links out of this post because Sweep has some how manage to copy the URLs incorrectly and they all had the http://pressf1 etc prefix instead of the Vodafone website prefix - Jen]
