| 862257 | 2010-02-28 02:39:00 | Hi everyone. I have vista on my laptop and Orcon home-hub router. Sometimes my wireless web-browsing seems very slow. Whilst my network control panel says my wireless connection is 54Mbps I understand this isn't its actual speed but just a theoretical speed. If that is correct then how can I find out what my maximum actual speed is on my wireless network. I tried looking in task manager but only shows a percentage graph and not very accurately at that. I thought I had come across somewhere on vista that showed a graph showing actual thru-put but maybe I'm just thinking of the task manager. Can anyone suggest where to look or perhaps a download I could use? Thanks Robin |
