I used to be ASB bank but never forgave them for selling out and changed to ANZ. Maybe I should change to TSB but I cant be buggered supporting another province. |

We have relayed all the specific feedback to the appropriate channel managers who are in the process of a review and looking at options for customers who would prefer to not have these banners present. While I can not confirm a date that a solution will be implemented, I can assure you that it is a priority due to the volume of feedback we have received about them. ...<snip>Surprise! Surprise! It never fails to surprise me that companies use Marketing Departments (for I am sure this is the source of the issue) who employ such DUMB people (who think they know best), and that the Marketing Departments seem to wield so much unchecked power, considering they can make or break a company's image and/or reputation so easily. This implementation is/was thoroughly unprofessional and "conduct unbecoming" for my (or any) Bank... |
