| 1447884 | 2018-03-31 07:22:00 | Twice recently I have had my screen go light blue and a message comes up like "windows has encountered a problem and we are checking etc. Once checked you can restart There is a QR code at bottom Text states "from https//www.windows.com/stopcode If you call a Support person tell them KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE Is this genuine? I'm suspicious of Windows.com instead of Microsoft.com Guidance please |
