| 1450417 | 2018-06-11 20:05:00 | Here's the deal-eo . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . One person shall post a screenshot of a movie . It has to be a generally circulated movie, not one about raising penguins or wombats, etc . . . . . Any movie, foreign or domestic, that has been on the big screen is allowed . It must not have been a direct-to-DVD movie . It must not be an obscure educational film . It should not come from a local Artsy broadcast project . If you guess correctly, it will be your turn to post the next screen shot . You will then be the moderator of your screenshot until it's guessed correctly . The correct guesser becomes the moderator of their screenshot until it is guessed . No-one should post a new screenshot until the current one has been correctly identified . Movies can be Black-&-White or full color - it don't matter . HINTS can be added if the screenshot proves to be particularly hard to identify . This continues with people answering or guessing the title of the movie until it is correctly identified . IF the screenshot is not identified in 24-hours, the current moderator may invoke the 24-hours rule (below) and give the title answer . This will keep the game running like a well-oiled machine . DISQUALIFIED SCREENSHOTS include, but are not limited to the following: GORE shots are NOT allowed! There might be little eyes watching; this is a family site . Made for TV movies are not allowed . Netflix-type Originals are not allowed Movies that went direct to DVD and bypassed the big screen are not allowed . NO Home movies eg: weddings, funerals, death of a pet, maternity deliveries - nor the conceptions - are allowed! There could be other disqualified screenshots - time will tell . Once the movie is correctly identified, then the correct guesser gets to post the next screenshot and they are the new moderator of their screenshot . There is a 24-hour rule that I must invoke . Since this is an international site, the possibility that any screenshot is posted during someone's sleep-cycle, we should exhaust all answers for a full 24-hours . If a HINT is posted, the 24-hour rule is extended for another 24-hours . Please limit it to one hint . OK? Here's a start: 8873 |
