| 772505 | 2009-05-09 11:20:00 | Sold a pair of headphones for 8.50 with 6.50 shipping but buyer asked me if I could do free shipping, and I said no, then I said I'll do it for 5 dollars, exact wording: hey mate are do free shipping 2 auckland www.trademe.co.nz No sorry mate. shipping in NZ is 6.50 but I'll give you 5 Then-after a few days I saw the 8.50 payment in my account and he also sent me two emails: hey mate i put money in u r account so please to me nw so i what ma headphone to ma house by tomorrow or i wil tell trade dat i pay the money but he did send 2 me so u got 2 day 2 do it and ur reference is [Auc No.] regard [NAME was here] hey mate jst put the money ur account but u didn't include ship with headphone so please send the headphone or the money back im jst wait for I then replied twice telling him that he had not deposited postage yet and therefore that is why I have not sent the headphones. He then replied with this.... hey mate jst put the money ur account but u didn't include ship with headphone so please send the headphone or i will tell trademe customer that i won the auction and i paid the money but he didnt say include ship with the headphone please send 2 me If this continues I don't know what to do! If he doesn't respond within 48 hours, you will assume he no longer wants the item and will refund him what he has paid so far. It's not worth stuffing around with people like this. I had a guy who did a similar thing, and tried to convince me to send the item before he had deposited the money for shipping. After he realised that I wasn't going to budge, he finally made the payment, and I sent the item off to him. |
