It was not my intention that TradeMe would remove your account. Having said that, there was another thread where a person under 18 was asking for advice about a business on TradeMe recently. This thread was deleted by a moderator at the user request so I can't refer to it. If you had not started this thread you may not be in the position in which you now find yourself. The fact that you signed up for an account on TradeMe possibly knowing the terms does not excuse you in my opinion. Any Trade may turn to custard but I would not go moaning about that if you are not within the rules yourself. |
