Getting the car out of the parking building was not the best part of the day, - What bastards ! A real shame. :( Perhaps if you and I had kept together they would not have tackled two of us. My car was parked in Victoria St Parking building......but I think you were at the one under Aotea Square ? A lot better to be robbed than beaten up. Anyway you seem pretty philosophic about it. I can't even pronounce that ;) It was the parking building (Wilsons?) beside the Tepid Baths, I had a couple of calls to make down that area before lunch, so that was the spot. It had one advantage though; I had the pleasure of Laura's company as far as Britomart, no villains risked encountering her trusty stiletto stick. ;) The blame would be mine in large part, waving around a see-through plastic bag with an obvious camera box inside, and not checking for morally challenged students trying to get NCEA credits in lifting. Still a bit annoying though, but not as annoying as it was for ten minutes or so after the event. I don't suppose the warranty would cover it? ;) |
