| 774263 | 2009-05-17 07:17:00 | I wonder why we dont sell prisoners? I am sure there are a lot of prisons internationally that could accommodate scumbags like this one. Now if we are paying approx $70k per year per prisoner then why dont we pay somewhere like, Thailand or Botswana say $30K per year. Surely this would be a saving and also a satisfaction that the prisoner is facing a 'real' life sentence. | sam m (517) | ||
