867011 2010-03-14 00:00:00 With regards to RAM. Here's my Mobo (www.asus.com) and Memory (www.gskill.com) - Everythings set to auto or default, but I have a suspicion that somewhere a value doesnt match what the RAM needs. mjolnvaar (15085)

I have to manually change it if I want it to run at its rated clock.

If you've spent money on fancy RAM, then you may as well get the most out of it.

I definitely suggest you do some reading on this before you ask any more questions though. It can be annoying when people decide to ask questions before taking initiative and searching for things themselves. I'm not being bitchy, I just figure that if you teach a man to fish...
