| 775198 | 2009-06-03 23:19:00 | Sorry Surfer Joe 46. tests have revealed a flaw in your measuring scheme. Even when measuring a short person, emptying sufficient shot glasses seriously impedes the counting abilities. Let us not mention the ability to stack the glasses which seems to involve frequent re-starts and powdered glass removal. Taking a rough count from my tab, it appears I am about 73 tall, although at the time of the final measure it was length (not height) being measured. Also, my bed appears to have got swine flu as it gave me a pig of a headache while I slept. |

| 775199 | 2009-06-04 06:47:00 | I’m looking for one of those little speed control units www.imagef1.net.nz(Medium).JPG Suitable for up to 13mm Electric Drill but I can’t seem to find one. The one pictured is over 20 years old and still works fine but my Brother-in-law would like one too. Anyone point me in the right direction? :thanks Hope this helps? I made one years ago. A similar gadget to a light dimmer. The light dimmer is for a resistive load, Ordinary light bulb. What I got was an inductive "dimmer" from an electrical wholesaler. This will run an electric drill, connected thro a power point. From memory there was a potentiometre inside one could adjust to give a minimum speed. I think it was 500w. PJ |
