866870 2010-03-13 10:59:00 okay I am now logged on. Now Internet Explorer can't display the web page. In the address bar is this "res://ieframe.dll/dnserror#" cannot use diagnose connection problem option which is displayed dianne pierce (13385)
866871 2010-03-13 11:14:00 Go into tools / internet options / advanced tab. Click on reset if its there. Close IE. Then see what happens. What version of IE is it? Run that AVG removal tool (were you installing the internet security version)?? If you cant get that tool here's the direct link for 32 bit (download.avg.com) Speedy Gonzales (78)
