Rebooted/press f8. Options - continue with systems restart (did that didn't work) or other option is delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu - shall I do that? Scared of losing information on this pc. |

Is this what youre seeing ? (support.microsoft.com).. If it is, it sounds like it has something to do with hibernation. Something is corrupt |

okay I am now logged on. Now Internet Explorer can't display the web page. In the address bar is this "res://ieframe.dll/dnserror#" cannot use diagnose connection problem option which is displayed |

Go into tools / internet options / advanced tab. Click on reset if its there. Close IE. Then see what happens. What version of IE is it? Run that AVG removal tool (were you installing the internet security version)?? If you cant get that tool here's the direct link for 32 bit (download.avg.com) |
