776160 2009-05-23 05:23:00 I own one of these and find it is excellent. However I have had problems trying to find a program which will edit the "Native" format .ts files that it records in when using Pinnacle's "TVCentre Pro". It will only record in that format. I have been looking and trying to find a program suitable for converting the .ts format since before Christmas when I purchased it.

The answer is eRightSoft's SUPER © v2009.build.35 released (Jan 5, 2009)

I think Chill has one of these USB tuners from memory, so he may be interested. Possibly other members may be interested.

I handle the .ts file as (1) Output container = mpg, (2) Output video codec = MPEG-II, (3) Output audio codec = mp2.

I select Video scale size as No Change, Frame rate as 25fps and select whatever bitrate I want. (Higher = better quality result)

The converted file will then open in Pinnacle Studio 12, Windoze Moviemaker et al, for editing and the resulting file written to a DVD for viewing.
