| 867959 | 2010-03-17 08:06:00 | How do i get rid of a fake AV program that keeps poping up, it has the sheild installed in the botton right tray and messages keep poping up saying Tracking software found, Virus Intrusion, Theat Detected etc. currentlyhas Bullguard installed has been going fine since it install 3 weeks ago.have run a full scan found 7 infections and sorted them. Thanks for the help Wayne |

| 867960 | 2010-03-17 08:14:00 | Turn off System Restore to start with - Download Malware Bytes, Spybot S&D, and Super Antispyware - run them in full scan modes, remove every thing they find. ( links in my Sig) Malware bytes on its own will get some but generally not all. Note, this will take several hours to run - DONT be tempted to do quick scans they will miss infections. |
