But it is very sad that he was killed, can't we at least have some sympathy for his family and the guy who lost his zoo. I went to Zion Wildlife Gardens last year and was guided around by the keeper who was killed. However, the lions and tigers were all in pretty small cages. Criminals, rapist, murders are left loose and an animal is put down just because it's doing what is natural. Cats are wild animals and not puppets to play around with. If you play with fire, you definately get burnt. Similarly if you play around with those big cats one day or the other, something like this is surely going to happen. The law will not severly punish the criminals but killed this tiger. What a waste of a beautiful creature. I think we should all make a protest against this so that in future the govt just does not decide to put down any more animals just like that. The jungle law is kill only to eat, but human law is kill for pleasure or for self safety. The tiger should have been left in the wild in this case. Govt and police make wrong decision and TVOne news said, animals were agitate. What are they supposed to do? The Lions and Tiger are suppose to see the TV crew and helicopter and wave out their hand and smile???? Save those animals ... you will save yourselves. Kill those animals / nature and the world will be destroyed. |

Compare their motives with humans' and you'll realise we kill for entertainment apart from just eating. Foxes in a chicken coup killing the chickens are just doing what a predator would do in a cage full of prey - acting on instinct. |
